Yesterday I talked about shifting to another niche and today I finally decided on it. I will make this blog more personal. It would be about anything not just about making money online. This blog will be more like a personal account on things that catch my attention. And this blog will replace my personal blog which is hosted at Wordpress.com. I left that blog already and the reasons are explained there.

Anyway, my entries about making money online will still be there. Most of them are in my November archives and I do not plan to delete them so anyone who is interested in these posts may still visit my archives.

Things are getting a little bit slow for me these days. Payperpost and Smorty, the blog networking sites which generate most of my online income, have not so much opps for me to choose from. Until advertisers recognize the value of RealRank, bloggers are not expecting so much this month (or maybe even the next months to come). I also think Smorty got hit when Google dropped PPP posties PR to 0. Why? Like Payperpost, Smorty’s advertisers also use PR as a basis when giving opps to bloggers and because most of those who write for Payperpost write for Smorty as well, my guess is that Smorty got into trouble with advertisers when these posties PR dropped to 0.

Oh well, we’ll see. I meantime, I will concentrate more on pimping my blogs and on popularizing them than on getting paid to blog. It’s a not a great time for bloggers who are getting paid to blog nowadays but we are all crossing our fingers. Hope that it will get better in the weeks to come.
