Help! Somebody Copied my Content!

I found out yesterday that one of my posts is copied and is published in another site!!!!

Why would somebody do that? Don’t they have any idea of their own? Can they not write their own thoughts? Or they are really that stupid!?

I found out that this guy copied my post because within that post is a link to my other post so when I saw that another website is linking to me, I went to check only to learn that he copied an entry from this blog—verbatim! This guy is from Indonesia. I ask him to delete the post which he copied from me but I went to his blog today and he have not deleted it yet. It’s really annoying!

hello Viena! Yap that’s really annoying kaya dapat pa delete u talga. Anyways add mo ako blogroll… naka add kasi sa linker ko then plan ko today lipat lahat sa blogroll ko pero check ko muna one by one. Thanks

hi Vienna I added you already in my blog! if I were you scare the shit out of this guy that’s plagiarism. Don’t stop bugging him until he deleted the content that he copied from you.

a plagiarism person must be out of the blog! heheh u should ask him why he need to copy on your word wherein you are welcome to extend your time teaching them how to write a journal. keep bugging me until he can think that what he was doing is against the law. stealing is a crime!:)

The best way to resolve these cases is, usually, to file a DMCA notice with the host. If you want, you can email me the details of the case and I’ll pull the information on the host. I’ve also got stock letters on my site that you can use.

I’ll gladly do what I can to help, just send me an email if there is anything I can do.

hello thanks for dropping by my site:)Oh sorry to hear about the guy, but this is internet apparently you can’t stop people from doing so but you can always tell him and even copyright your stuff but it will cost you some $$ though. Hope he will cooperate with you and should edit his post.good luck:)

I believe that you might be able to get his url blocked via your hosting company? But, at the same time, it is flattering that your blog is so good that it is worth stealing. If you like, I can go to his page, and steal his blogs back, and post them on my page, but with no link back to his, just to yours!
